We don’t send design proofs unless specifically requested, as this just delays your item another day. If you'd like any changes to the original design (e.g., fonts), there’s an additional $10 fee, which must be paid before we start the design process.

Absolutely! You can send the gift straight to their door—just pop their address in as the delivery address at checkout. And don’t worry, we include a delivery note inside the parcel that lists what’s in it, who it’s for, and (drumroll, please)… YOU as the sender! Prices are kept top-secret, so you still look generous without breaking the bank. 🕵️‍♂️🎁

Once we receive your order, we get straight to work! All of our items are custom-made to order, so we require a little processing time to design and create your unique piece.
